Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of healthcare and personal-use products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or products that have been opened or used.

However, please contact us if:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product arrived damaged.

• The product has a defect or other issue upon receipt.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order details together with relevant photos where applicable.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
